Hi there! how are you all? First of all a very happy belated Diwali to everyone. Hope you had a safe one. Now that Diwali is over, next 4-5 months are going to full of weddings to attend. I will be leaving for Indore in a day to attend my sister’s wedding and thought to share some of the stuff which I feel is very important or a must-have. But before we start, lemme tell you, I am no expert, these are just my personal choices and stuff.

1. BASE: We all know the importance of a base. My base includes primer, bb cream, concealer and a setting powder. Priming your face helps to smoothen your skin so that your base stays for a longer period of time. I am not a foundation person. I have never tried one and neither plan on trying anytime soon. Hence, BB cream. It provides a light to medium coverage and is available in a number of shades. Concealing your undereyes and any spots is a step you cannot skip, right? And a setting powder to set it all. Also, to keep my skin moisturized, a face cream underneath all of this.

EYES: A nude eye shadow palette, some colored kohl, a liner and mascara ofcourse. It depends from person to person but I prefer nude eyes always. Having a white or a shimmery light colored kohl always comes in handy.

LIPS & THE REST: If you don’t mind red, then go for it! Red can rock any outfit. A nice pink or nude is what I prefer though. I always highlight or blush in the end. I don’t know, I just find that more convenient. Also, don’t forget to apply lip balm before you apply lipstick!
